Non-compliance with Law No. 4 of January 9, 2004:

- C.9.1.4.12 - Changing text spacing in relation to line height, paragraph spacing, letters, or words results in some loss of information or content;
- C.9.4.1.2 - In some cases, user interface components (including form elements, links, and script-generated components) have incorrect names, roles, states, properties, and values, or are not set correctly, or the user and their assistive technologies are not notified when these changes occur;
- C.9.4.1.3 - In some cases, status messages are not presented to the user in a way that assistive technologies can interpret without having to shift focus.
- Some structural information (e.g., titles, navigation) is not correctly identified.
- The implemented content is sometimes not set to a correct reading sequence.
- Some elements use color alone as the only visual means of representing information.
- In some cases, labels or instructions are not provided when the content requires user input.
- The contrast between text and background color is not always sufficient.
- Some features cannot be accessed using a keyboard.
- The implemented content contains markup language errors and incorrect use of attributes.
